Atlantic Avenue is the main street in Delray Beach. The Marriott is on A1A across from the beach, four blocks West is the intercoastal with the Delray Beach Yacht Club one block south.

Three blocks west is the Colony Hotel, circa 1930, which has its own private beach one mile south of the Marriott.

Eight blocks more to the west the down town ends with the Delray Beach Tennis Center and the Library. Atlantic Ave is full of fine restaurants and shops.

The last Thursday of each month there is a street party which coincides with our weekend so a Thursday arrival may be in order.

The Delray Beach Tennis Center is 7 blocks from the Colony. Tee times can be arranged if necessary. Great scuba diving on our reefs and the fishing is great here too.
