We purchased this 41 foot Chris Craft from the original owners and have spent a little over 2 years lovingly restoring this yacht back to its former glory which included rebuilding both 454 Chris Craft engines from the bottom up and they now run flawlessly with less than 10 hours on both engines.
We have completely remodeled the interior including all new high quality stain resistant carpet throughout, new flooring in the galley and heads, new refrigerator with ice maker and microwave, new custom copper countertops and customized bar.  In the salon, the original Chris Craft furniture was covered in a beautiful caramel marine grade vinyl with embroidered Chris Craft logo embellished on the cushions and original bar stools that really gives it that classic look and feel.  We have restored the original curtains in a navy blue that really pops against the refinished Mahogany.  The original headliner was removed and insulation was installed along with extra 12volt wiring to power the new LED lights and covered by a new marine grade antique white vinyl and a one of a kind drop ceiling highlighted with beautiful blue LED lights.
In the roomy well layed out V-berth, there is plenty of storage with a full closet, built chest of drawers and drawers under the bed, the cushions have been replaced with a beautiful navy blue marine grade vinyl and all of the woodwork has been metiouscly cleaned and 100% original and still looks great. The front head is still in its original well-taken care of state.
The huge aft stateroom has all the comforts of home with a walk around King size bed with an extremely comfortable memory foam matress.  It has -ample storage with drawers running down both sides of the stateroom, a built in vanity and full closet with a roomy master head.
This yacht has just had the bottom redone in 2017 and new navy blue hand painted stripes along with waxing the entire hull from the rubrail down.  We have started on the flushdeck and have restored the original Mahogany and replaced the headliner with the same antique white marine vinyl and new LED lights.
This is one of the nicest Commander's on the market today and we wouldn't hesitate to make this beautiful boat a live aboard or tackle the Great Loop with every confidence.  At $49,000 obo this is an amazing deal.  If you would like more information and a copy of the recent survey please give me a call a 434-942-5121.

Thankyou the pictures are nice , but its too far for us we would have to truck it to get it home , thankyou  for responding .

Thanks. That is what we had to do to get it to the lake. It actually wasn't as expensive as you think. It cost us $2200 to get it moved from Occaquan, Va. Thank you again.

We would have to have it shipped to cleveland ohio, that would add too much to the cost .

Right, so I’m assuming the boat’s at a Union Hall VA now ? Looks like a great area for a summer cottage ( boat ) , yes ?

Tom

Yes, Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia is a beautiful lake with 500 miles of shoreline. We live about 1 hr 45 minutes away and we go every weekend

And you’ll be hauling her soon , yes , or you have ?

tcclark1167@gmail.com

No we leave it in the water all the time we don't need to haul it in the winter in Virginia.

Thankyou Tabbatha , we live in south Florida and are boaters and are looking for a summer cottage ( boat ) so I’ll research the area and get back to you. Where is she currently docked ?

thanks, Tom

Oh my you will love this area. The lake is so beautiful. She is currently docked at Pelican Point Yacht Club which is a beautiful marina with a clubhouse, swimming area, swimming pool and great bathhouse. Please feel free to call us if you have more questions. My husband Russell's number is 434-942-5121.
