I am close to purchasing a 1985 410 Commander and am thinking of replacing all the isinglass for my first project. Could someone give me an idea of this cost and where I can find a dealer. I am in Memphis, TN.

Thank you in advance and I'm sure I will be asking for more guidance in the future if the sale happens.

Regards,

Andy

You can also look at www.imarsales.com  They have the products recommended for Strataglass.

We use a polishing wheel and 3M Finesse-It polish. Simply lay a panel on a large table and polish the clear plastic at a low speed, wipe with a soft cloth. Incredible results. If you like, you can mask the canvas edges with tape.

Thanks John. I will definitely try that first.

Thanks Jim. I see it is called Strataglass as well. This will help!

Thanks Jim. I will look into that.

You can replace just the windows not the canvas, its way cheaper. If the canvas is serviceable just do that. I had mine done for I think $700 and it looks brand new. That's on a 47.

Thank you Chris. That will save me a ton!
