I have a pair of 85  engines complete takeouts freshwater cooled with 700 hrs engines are ready to run and can be demo for serious buyer.

Hi Paul

Thanks for your response. Sounds exactly what I`m after for my restoration project.Need a right hand rotation engine, with or without a 1:1 gearbox.Happy to take with existing gearbox if required. I would need assistance with putting in a crate. I can arrange pickup and shipping. Please advise your required price.
Many thanks

I have both left and right. The transmissions can be removed and the engine sold separate. I just put them on a new set of skids. I can also enclose them to prevent damage during shipping. I installed a fuel tank and battery so that the engines can be run. It will need new exhaust risers. So I can remove them prior to shipping. you will probably need to buy a set that fits your application. There is a 4 inch set for sale locally for 75 bucks if you can use them. The transmission is 1.5 to one that i can market separately. You caught me at a good time for you because a buddy wants to sell his 1963 Pontiac Bonneville that I have been haunting him for years to sell. So i.m willing to let it go for the price of the Bonneville which is $2200. He is moving out of state and cant take the car. the closing is in a few weeks. A good running 454 crusader is 3500 all day. The oil is spotless and comes complete with wiring harness to drop in. I will leave the bellhousing and starter so you can plug in a velvetdrive 1 to 1. Let me know if it will work for you. You can also call me at 959-282-0229 to talk details. Thanks Paul.
