Just a couple pics to show result of semco natural tone teal sealer. My first ever time working on toe rails. I used a rotary tip on pressure washer to clean up, light sanding and two coats of this stuff. Bristle splatter cleaned off fiberglass easily even after it has dried with a little denatured alcohol.

Looks very nice. I have this project to do this summer so thanks for sharing. How long did the whole thing take? Any ideas for how to plug shallow Philips heads? I see you have a few and I have many.

I did it all in about 7 hours. Taping off chrome and edges took a bit of time. Not sure it was even necessary if you wipe with a rag as you go. I have many exposed Phillips screws also. I tightened them as I went around. No idea how to hide them unless a dab of teak colored paint as camouflage?

Hello Glenn:
I have been using this very same product since 1982 shortly after it was introduced initially in Florida. It was initially introduced here because the longevity of the product was being pushed as a major seeking point over its competitors. This was most definitely proven and today it is the teak sealer of choice amongst crew members maintaining super and mega yachts throughout the world. This product leaves a very rich teak tone color on teak decks especially. The original version called for three coats but I was always able to get away with two only. I always used a foam brush and no masking was needed. On awlgrip surroundings lacquer thinner is used for cleanup while the commanders should use Interlux #216 special thinner
