Finally close to Springtime in NY.  Once I got the snow off it was time to get to some home-away-from-home improvement.  The factory vinyl covering the cockpit deck gave up the ghost years ago.  I had a devil of a time wrapping into all those hatch openings and I still have to install proper hatch pulls but here's the before & after:

Hi Charlene. I just used Home Depot indoor/outdoor.  10 feet of a 12 foot wide roll ($48), heavily saturated with Scotch Guard for those hard-to-get-out boating stains like red wine, BBQ sauce, etc.

I'll be happy if it lasts a few years before I have to do it over and maybe I'll have deeper pockets to get a better-er product next time.  I'll certainly have experience on my side.
