Yup, I finally did it. Before picture:

The good news is that the original hull line is still there just above the exhaust tubes. So glad I did this; there was a lot of water in the cavities, and the wood on the port side is punky.

I wonder how this will affect the way this hull sits in the water now ? Level or bow down ? Just curious to see it finished now ! Great find ! I hate when people screw with these hulls - works of art !
