John..Ed Cox here had not been on Website in a bit sorry for the slow comeback..Ihad not thought about selling it ..had back surgery last week..iand i might be willing to part with this yacht..the survey says this is above average...i looked for 5 years and found this locally..i am the forth was delivered to Lake Minnetonka...i beleive the 1st owner had it 29 years..old gentelman..who i was told..would Vaseline the brightwork on lay up...this boat sat for 6 years due to a divorce and was bought back by the x wife after the divorec..and used to ptt around Lake Minnetonka..hence the 650 was in a covered slip every year...the hull is perfect as are the topsides..[a few tiny nicks]...i have a leak in the in the starboard transmission..{pint a season...$3500 in new canvas..[done right][..upolstery in 2010..$3500......[done right] head...$ GPS...{$1000.00]..rudders...$1000...carpet...2013..$400.00...and more

I am firm at $37500..i will keep it let me know...ED
