We are on C-Dock at Island City Harbor in Sabula... no not too far away.  We used to live in Keokuk, IA and drove by that boat every weekend for about 8 years.  So sad to see it sitting there like that for so long... but my 42 was nearly the same.  I called him once to ask about it for fun.  Glad to know that you've gotten a hold of it... it'll be nice to see her back on the water and being cared for!
