1967 Chris-Craft Commander 31, hull #9 completed in the second year of fiberglass production. Sequential numbered original 327f engines. One of the last years with a Port side helm. Always in fresh water in the Chicago area. Bought her 8 years ago from the second owner. The second owner was friends with the original owner so I have the entire history. Upgrades include Imron gel coat finish which requires very little maintenance and does not get chalky like standard grade finishes. Lemar v700 Windlass paired with a Lewmar DTX Stainless Steel anchor. Mahogany railings refinished. Chrome handrails dipped and refinished. New sea deck flooring in the cabin. Pure white quartz countertops. Raritan electric Vitreous China porcelain toilet installed at the end of last season with a new holding tank and plumbing lines. Lumitec Seablaze Underwater lighting. Custom made trophy case pad. $30,000

Have interest in your vessel. Do you have any photos of the engine room I am located on the chesapeake bay. Also engine hours? A/C? Other specs?
You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with info requested in my previous email.
I don't have any engine room photos. There's about 1100 hours on the engines. There is heat and AC and have only used heat a few times. AC is cold and really nice to have on hot summer days. The previous owner installed the HVAC and mounted the thermostat in the closet by the dinette. It's a dial type of thermostat with low, medium, and high on one dial and the other dial goes between blue and red.
Extremely interested can you give a call
