Dear Chris Craft Commander Community,
I have a 1970 CC Commander 31 fly bridge cruiser that I am restoring. The hull was restored by Richard Terpening of Kingston, NY. Richard is a know expert in his field. The decks, fly bridge, rear cockpit, engine bay, topsides and bottom have all been expertly smoothed to perfection and the bottom was fully stripped, smoothed and repainted. All the hatches have been restored and strengthened where needed. All top quality epoxy paints were used for best in class show and durability. The sheer line and boot strap color is royal yachting deep blue and the sheer line band has a golden stripe where it transitions to the topsides white which really sets it off beautifully. The engine bay is spotless and coated in a light grey epoxy coating.
The engines are more modern and powerful 350's which I could have my shop restore if you like as well.
The problem I have is, I have too many projects!
This is the perfect foundation for a 31' Commander that you could fit out to your specifications.
Please let me know if you have any interest.
Jay from Goshen, NY
