When this boat was for sale a year ago, 1engine ran, but the other was not. has that been remedied? You also mentioned a problem with a thru hull caused some flooding, resulting in about 2" of water in the salon, does that mean the engine room was completely submerged?...please define fixer upper. Running engines are a big deal, everything else is just stuff.
