I inherited a 1970 or 1971 Chris Craft XK-19 V-drive, and am trying to decide if I should restore the boat or if I should sell it. I believe it has the original 1971 General Motors LT-1 V8, I have the plate from Chris Craft with engine model 350FLV and number 611092, I also have an intake manifold casting number 3959594. I have come to the conclusion its a 1970 hull with a 1971 engine but I'm not 100% sure about that. I would appreciate it if anyone could get back to me with any advise on where I should have it restored if I decide to go down that road. This boat needs a lot of work... I will be able to add more pictures soon.

What a cool boat you Inherited!! Classic glass sport boats in general are up there with some of the hottest boats to restore right now and Xk19 is one of the sexyist sport boats ever made!
If you choose to restore it , yes it'll need a boat load of work but would be very worth doing.
Here's some photos of one we've done a bunch of resto on.
