I could have over tightened my duck bill housing connections I'll try to loosen them some see if that works.
I service Vacuflush all the time. First thing is do NOT EVER use aftermarket or Amazon parts. Only Dometic OEM. They will fail you every time if you are. Ask me how I know. Second, No vaseline on Ducks. if they are good they seal without anything. If you can hear anything at the bellows it's a leak. Probably the oring at the top is crooked. They are tricky to install and have to be just right to work properly. The procedure we use for bellows is simple. Put the oring IN the bellows and not the pump head. A little light film of vaseline on the oring (Not a smear) Attach bellows to pump head. you will have to push down REALLY hard on the pump head to seat it properly and you will know it's seated. Then put your c clamps back in and assemble. Hope this helps.

Wow ok this helps I think that I didn't see a o ring there.i will double check thank you so much.i am learning a lot about this system!!
I forgot I am using a Amazon part should I get a new one from dometic OEM?
I'll try the o ring first again thank you.
Anytime. Glad to help!
Yes, get dometic OEM. There is a company I use Marinesan.com in Seattle. Or Environmentalmarine.com in FL. I have great service from Marine San and they ship USPS Priority box and I have parts 2 days on the east coast. The aftermarket parts are Chinese crap. They last about a week and we have had to re do a few in the past. (For free) I never have issues with Dometic parts and Marine San is really great in helping you if you need to call them.
I ordered a new bellows from environmental marine then noticed part numbers match with the one on Amazon so is the Amazon part still just a knock off?
