I recently purchased a 1968 Commander 31 from an estate. Had a survey on the hard with good results. No sea trial. I was not there for the survey. Need some help with controls. Where is the blower switch? And how to turn on the refrigeration? Two breakers under the sink for shore power. Do they control different items? They are not marked. Is there a way to make the bezels around the switches more legible? Would appreciate some guidance. Thank you.
Polish the switch bezels with something like Flitz. Dab some white paint into the stamped labels. Let it dry for a while (trial and error part of the process) and then carefully wipe off the flat part of the bezel with a damp, linen (low nap) rag of mineral spirits.
