I finally got rid of the old Q flat cap distributors. I used the EST standard GM distributors with an aluminum spacer and new hold down. luckily the headroom was not an issue for me. the pictures below should tell the whole story. Runs fantastic!

That’s really nice. I wish I could do that on mine but I don’t have the clearance under the hatch covers.
