My 38 Sedan with flybridge has small leaks into the salon when the bridge gets wet. I suspect it’s through the penetrations where the teak floor strips are screwed down. I’m thinking of pulling the teak up and putting down a one piece synthetic floor (Seadek). But does the teak provide strengthening for the floor, such that if removed the floor will flex too much when walked on?
