Seeking ideas for next fall- a better winter cover on 45 Commander. I used to erect wooden frame, then cover with tarps. Initially one large tarp which I eventually had cut down into two pieces, joining them (laced) on the flybridge. These were nevertheless very heavy and quite a chore both in the fall and spring. When time came to replace the tired cover, I moved to having the boat shrink wrapped. I would like to move away from shrink wrap and thus reaching out to CC members to see if anyone has come up with a better solution. FYI Inside storage not an option in my location.
What materials are used, number of pieces, how to join them. This will give me several months to procure and I ain’t getting any younger. Pictures would be great.
Thank you
