I am struggling with a steering leak in my 1976 47. It has leaked for a while but as most leaks go they get worse and it has reached a point of a must do. I assume it's a ring issue. How do it get to it to work on it or remove it? This thing is almost impossible to reach even with your hand. The helm is 3/4" ply so even cutting is tough to consider. Anyone worked on one of these? Thoughts?
