Looks like a dipstick tube (on the wrong side of the motor)

Dan thanks for the reply, I was wondering what the copper tubing and the pump went too. Something was definitely removed from this area

The copper tubing looks like it possibly went to the air conditioning. The pump I believe would be a bilge pump based on the size of the hoses. My boat had a pump like that for the house water system, but it used 1/2" hoses.

The pump looks like a bilge pump?

This weekend we found out what went there.  The coper lines were to the refrigerator/freezer. It looks like the compressor section was removed.  The pump we found out is a bilge pump for the forward part of the boat (shower). The pump turns on, but does not pump water. We think it may need a rebuild kit, but just might be better to replace the entire pump. Any suggestions would be great
