Much of the content can be browsed by the public, but you must be a member of the Chris Craft Commander Club to take part in any forum discussion, add anything to the website, or view member information. The boats and accessories or parts described in these advertisements are sold privately by a member of the Chris Craft Commander Club. The club reserves the right to remove any classified listing without notice, warning or refund. The club does not control the content of the classifieds ads, nor does it guarantee the accuracy or quality of the content. The accuracy of any information contained herein is the responsibility of the seller of the items advertised. No claims whatsoever can be made towards the Chris Craft Commander Club or any of its Executive Committee. In the case of a boat purchase it is strongly recommended that a prospective buyer consult a reputable marine surveyor before closing a deal with the seller. Usage of these advertising services indicates that you understand & agree to never sell anything illegal, to fully and accurately describe your sale items or services, and that you are entirely responsible and liable for any content you post or any content that is posted through your account. 

Copyright & enhancement of published posts

When posting information, data files, photos, drawings etc. to any part of the website, please be aware that the CCCC reserves the right to republish all such information via other forms of media such as print-outs, newsletters, club websites, or other digital media such as our SuperDisk or Resource Collection. In the process of publishing, the CCCC has the right to reorganize and enhance all information provided in posts in order to make the information easily accessible in the media format of choice. In any of these cases or other similar cases, you are not entitled to any reimbursement or fee for your contribution nor can you make any copyright claims towards the CCCC or its representatives. This is our way of ensuring free sharing of ideas and know-how among members.
