Hello,

Thank you for your interest in this summers’ regional rendezvous: Commanders Invade Saugatuck. We will be meeting August 12 – 14^th, 2022 at the Singapore Yacht Club in Saugatuck, MI. Please read the following information very carefully. The registration needs to be turned in by June 22, 2022. Tentative Itinerary:

Friday August 12^th

                4:00 pm - Arrival

                6:00 – 10:00 pm – Meet & Greet, Singapore Yacht Club Picnic Area

Saturday August 13^th

                10:00 – 12:00pm – Chris Smith private museum tour.  Transportation provided

                2:00 – 3:00pm – Seminar with Mark Smith

                6:00pm – Dinner at Pumpernickel Restaurant    

Sunday August 14^th

                8:00 – Donuts and Coffee

Rendezvous Information:

1. Docking: We will be reserving spots at the Singapore Yacht Club, therefore I will need information about your boat to ensure we have the correct size docks reserved. Please provide me the length and beam of your boat. Docking fees: $3.75 per foot, plus $10 electric fee per day. If you are not bringing your boat, you can find local accommodations by calling the Saugatuck Visitor’s Bureau at 269-857-1701. More area information https://www.saugatuck.com/ 
   1. Each attendee will be responsible for paying for their own docks fees either by contacting the Singapore Yacht Club (269-857-2442) or by going to the Dockwa app on your mobile device under Singapore Yacht Club. Registration fees can not be paid prior to July 1^st if calling the club or prior to July 12^th if using the Dockwa app.
2. Mooring: Mooring is available at no cost and the Singapore Yacht Club will provide free dinghy docking. There will be a dinghy dash (like door dash) option as well. They will not be able to transport anyone to or from shore, but they would be able to bring supplies, food, etc.
3. Food:
   1. Saturday August 13^th we will be doing a group meal at Pumpernickel’s at 6pm. There will be 3 entrée choices. Please note your choice on the registration form along with the number of people who selected each choice. You will pay for your dinner at the restaurant.
      1. Salmon & Brussel sprouts - $26
      2. Ribeye - $36

1. All other meals will be on your own
