Hi Dave, Happy New year. You may remember our communications back in February. Thought I would bring you up to date. I ended up buying a 1973 38' Hatteras Flybridge Double Cabin. It is currently being stored at St Clair Maine in LaSalle. The boat only had two owners, the first one for 39 years and the second for about 8. It was in Georgian bay the entire time ... 2900 hours on two 427 300 hp engines. Got it in Owen Sound. Check out okaybut lots of minor upgrades planned - new toilets, flooring, etc. What would you suggest for flooring? There are two large hatches I need access to.

Hope you are well. Cheers, Maurice Marwood
