Hello Everyone:
Glad to be back, after roughly six years being away abroad. For those that are curious about the three Commanders listed above, these were boats that were ordered new by my parents from CC. The actual details are as follows:
1970 42' Commander Double Cabin w/ CC 427's: del. 3/1970
1971 47' Commander w/ Detroit 8V53N - single aft stateroom; del 3/1971
1972 55' Commander w/ Detroit 8V71TI- Plan "A" Interior Layout; delivered
11/1971.
1973 31' Commander Sports Express w/CC 350Q del 5/75
I do have lots of info on the 47' and 55', not too much on the 42' and nothing on the 31.
Feel free to request any info on the above, you will be surprised what I have.
Again, nice to be back.
Jim Rivas

Thanks Jim - We are about to pull the trigger on a '78 Commander 45'. 8v71 naturals as you guessed. Oil analysis was a little high for iron but the diesel surveyor didn't seem concerned. Best Regards Chet
Thanks Jim. If you know anything of the background it would be appreciated.
