Hello and thank you for the request. I am still trying to come up with an offer on the 35 Commander I am interested in. The hardest part is selling my wife on the whole thing. She really would like a “new” style boat. While I tend to agree the 35 has timeless lines this boat just does not show that well and she does not have the vision for what I think this boat could become with some work.

Tim, not sure if you got my response to your input on my electric question but wanted to thank you. That was the "money" answer and saved me a lot of time. Able to toggle again and I have lived aboard through six winters now so find it import to distribute the power when I run multiple heating sources .

Hi Tim and thank you for the friend request.

I guess it was in 2001 and 2002

Cargill did buy half share of a factory here at that time. please feel free to contact me if you need anything from here.

OK so first question. How do you fill the water tank? and clean out the lines...

Hi Tim and thank you for the friend request. I stand corrected and yes I did buy Mike Watson's 35. Picked it up in Lake Michigan and drove it around "The Mitten" to Detroit without a hitch. Plowed through some 5-6 footers like it was a pond.. what a great well maintained boat. I am amazed that someone did not snatch this up quickly.

Turns out I'm typing from Vashon Island (in fact, Maury Island, connected to Vashon), right now.  We got a beach place out here, and it's consuming the time I could otherwise spend on the boat -- hence the decision to sell.

Like the market for Sportsman, the market for island property is small -- more volatile!  I can hear your cousin's pain -- prices out here either rise sharply, drop sharply.. or do nothing for long periods.  Right now, prices are doing better, but lagging Seattle.  (Well, nearly everywhere is lagging Seattle's Amazon-fueled inflation!)

Hi Tim,   The boat is presently in Lake Center till next April but will be moved to my permanent slip in Duck Club next spring.
