Would you be willing to help me put together an informal rendezvous in our area? Possibly at Mac Ray or somewhere else close?

How did you get your seacocks/strainers all cleaner up like that?

Captain Brian

When you send your distributors to Mallory, ask them to supply the advance curve data sheet back to you so you have future reference . That will clearly show the Chris Craft spec curve that protected their engines from detonation over many  years of use . Remember , detonation is always lurking  under load but can`t here it at cruising rpm .

If you chose to go with the DUI set up , your current style plug wires for the Mallory flat cap  will not fit the male style post set up . You will have an additional cost for the correct style plug wires . My personal pick for plug wires is the Moroso " Ultra 40 " wire . A much better plug wire than the DUI " livewire" that they sell . Moroso will also make custom length wires for your application .
